As they often say ‘change begins at home’ and so did the conception of Everyone Inspires. The hapless state of affairs when it came Ambulance ethics in the cities was disturbing and we realized that little can be done unless volunteers from the civil society themselves step in as change makers.
But where do you begin if you are passionate about helping make that change?
For me that change was going around to various traffic police officers and traffic management agencies to find out how and what can I do? Can I as an individual lead the way to change the behaviour? May be yes may be not, a few months later and in our busy day to day lives one thing was clear. Intention alone was not enough!
That is when it struck me that there are many more like you who are right now reading this, who want to help, who have great ideas and damn good intentions. BUT with our day to day lives sometimes don’t have the right channels or know how to make that change
We raised a team of volunteers to help take the first step towards making the common public aware about Ambulance Ethics. Along our journey we discovered, like Ambulance Ethics, there are several issues that people care about and would like to help with in their own ways- contributing money, volunteering in awareness campaigns, providing their skill set for enrichment of the community. Everyone Inspires was born from that need of being able to provide a unified platform for the community member who need help and who want to help to make this world a happier and a brighter place.
